Vinay Srigopal
Vinay brings together the full picture of logistics real estate — from the user’s perspective to the investor’s vision. With an MSc in Operations Management and Logistics (Eindhoven University of Technology), he started his career in the logistics industry before moving into real estate investment. His broad experience working with real estate developers, end-users and governments makes him a connector; strategic, analytical, and always grounded in real-world dynamics.
At GEM, Vinay is responsible for creating and managing our business plans and building high-performing assets and portfolios. He shapes the long-term GEM strategy through insights and effective execution. Outside of work, Vinay enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and has a passion for classic cars and motorcycles, where logistics, movement, and engineering come full circle.
