With a background in hospitality and over 17 years of experience in logistics real estate, she supports the team across the board, from executive support to HR, PR, and marketing. She has been working alongside Willem since day one, and there’s little she hasn’t handled.
Naturally helpful, highly organized, and never afraid of complex challenges, Mariëlle brings structure, heart, and reliability to everything she does. Outside the office, she’s just as energized: whether she’s tackling a Hyrox workout, doing CrossFit, or heading out with her family.
