As of April, team GEM has been strengthened with the addition of Jan Verbakel as Development and Project Manager.

With Jan joining the team, GEM now also brings development expertise fully in-house. Jan brings more than a decade of experience and has a proven track record in successfully managing both new-build and value-add projects from start to finish.
