GEM Real Estate leases out 15,600 M² logistics asset in Moerdijk

Real estate developer and investor GEM Real Estate has signed a long-term lease agreement with SolaX Power Netherlands for the 15,600 m² logistics asset located at Jupiterweg 1 in Moerdijk.

The property comprises 13,757 m² of warehouse space, 340 m² of office space, 1,503 m² of mezzanine and 65 on-site parking spaces. It is an all-electric building with a BREEAM Very Good certification. GEM Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners acquired the property end of last year within the EPISO 6 value-add fund managed by Tristan.
