From March 1st Mick joined our team as a Acquisitions and Investment Manager. With over 7 years of valuable experience in the real estate sector, and his entrepreneurial mindset, we’re set for further growth! In this role at GEM, he will be responsible for acquiring new projects and building our portfolio.
Vinay started as a Operations and Asset Manager and is responsible for commercially and financially analyzing investment opportunities and optimizing the real estate portfolio. With his experience at real estate developers and governmental authorities, he has an eye for all stakeholders in the playing field and shapes the GEM long-term strategy.
