GEM Real Estate welcomes Mick Oltmans and Vinay Srigopal

From March 1st Mick joined our team as a Sr. Manager in Acquisitions and Asset Management.

With over 7 years of valuable experience in the real estate sector, and his entrepreneurial mindset, we’re set for further growth! In this role at GEM, he will be responsible for acquiring new projects and building our portfolio.

Vinay started as Sr. Investment Analyst and Asset Management and is responsible for commercially and financially analyzing investment opportunities and optimizing the real estate portfolio. With his experience at real estate developers and governmental authorities, he has an eye for all stakeholders in the playing field and shapes the GEM long-term strategy.
