With more than a decade of experience in logistics real estate development and project management, Jan has a proven track record in delivering both new-build and value-add projects. Over the past ten years, Jan and Willem have worked closely together, building a strong professional relationship founded on trust and successful collaboration. Jan’s analytical approach, combined with a strong focus on process management and results, enables him to effectively lead complex development and construction projects.
At GEM, Jan is responsilbe for managing development projects throughout their entire lifecycle. From evaluating business cases and coordinating permitting procedures to overseeing construction and final project delivery, Jan ensures that projects are executed efficiently, transparently, and in line with stragic and commercial objectives.
